NVR SOLD MORTGAGE FOR MORE MONEY!Yup my mortgage amount is more....WTH!

I AM ABOUT TO LOSE MY MIND!!

I knew NVR would sell our mortgage...............but a DIFFERENT AMOUNT...........ARE YOU F%$#@#@ KIDDING ME?????????????

It's Saturday and I can't talk to anyone at NVR so this will brew all weekend....Thanks NVR!!

Sold it to PennyMac whoever the hell they are, never heard of them!!

I dont know if you guys remember, I have my homeowners paid yearly and NOT escrowed!!

Sure enough PennyMac has it escrowed!!!!!

I am enraged.........crying enraged!!!

Doesn't your loan have to be sold exactly as it is??????????????????????????????

If this doesn't get fixed people across the country will hear my screams!!!!!

Ruined my damn weekend!!

  1. I hope NVR comes thru and fix this I think it's an error, they shouldn't sell your loan for more.

    1. I don't know Summer, NVR is a pretty tough company and you have to play really hard ball with them. It took me a long time to get my mortgage just right and they sold it with a mortgage that is higher........I am waiting for the apologies and the..........oh well........sorry about your luck. I just get sooooooooooooooooo tired of fighting for stuff allll the time!

  2. It's your escrow withhold. They cannot change the actual terms (length, interest rate, etc.) It fluctuates year to year depending on Homeowner's insurance and property taxes.

It's worth a call on Monday to find out why the withhold went up. They do re-evaluate escrow balances every so often and send refunds if the balance is too high. Good luck!

  3. Definitely doesn't sounds right. Call and find out what is happening!

  4. Nothing about that sounds right. NVR has a way of dropping stuff like this on you right before the weekend when they will be unreachable and then you've got a couple of days to just stew over it. So frustrating! I hope you get it all sorted out on Monday... and that you can salvage the rest of your weekend.

  5. That's awful, but I'm sure it's the escrow messing things up. I thought that when they sold they can't change terms (like now making you escrow when you weren't before). I'm sure it will clear up, it's just a mess to go through. Good thoughts your way.

    1. Well I called PennyMac (who are these people?) and they said it's likely just an error and just have NVR send them docs saying that my home owners ins has been paid and it's not escrowed. My poor LO at NVR I blew her the hell up today with a voicemail and email........poor girl gonna get hit with a PUNCH monday morning.....oppss oh well, I shouldn't make phone calls when I'm THAT mad :(

  7. This truly sounds like a mistake. I am pretty sure the terms have to be identical when they sell the loan. Don't panic until you can talk to someone.

  9. DW our loan was sold to PennyMac too. However, the mortgage amount was the same, not a diffrent amount. I think this has to be an error...hope it works out, keep us posted.
