TOP 20 THINGS WE ENJOY IN OUR HOME!!
I am snatching this idea from Nadase who snatched from Jon and Erin who snatched this
idea from another blogger! Thank you Nadase. I think this is a great idea and it puts me
back on the blog. So why not share the LOVE of our HOME!! I will engage in the same concept of
the top twenty (20) things we LOVE about our HOME! Okay, it would be great to start
with 20 and lead my way to the number one favorite thing; .
Day One Countdown:
Keep in mind #20 would not be nearly as exciting as #1. Kinda like David Letterman's
nightly countdown....hehehehe :)
#20 Thing I love about my home is the fact that there NO power lines anywhere, it's all underground giving us such nice unobstructive views.
Ok, so tomorrow I will post #19.
Both Nadase and I are putting this out there to keep post bloggers engaged and something
positive to write about..

Good one on the power lines! Our current home doesn't have them either, but it always makes me sad driving down streets and seeing tree's that have been cut apart by the power company trimmers. We won't have that on our street.
ReplyDeleteWe're happy about this one as well. We won't be getting a mailbox (the post office decided on cluster boxes for our neighborhood), but at least there aren't any towering sites to see, even off in the distance. We were resigned to having them in our view since most homes and communities we visited in the winter had them. Our realtor and community SRs all stressed how there isn't much in terms of undeveloped areas in this part of the county, and most new communities would have the large power lines close by. Thankfully we found our future neighborhood, and it was in our price range!
ReplyDeleteI think I should join in the fun! I've been meaning to blog about our 10 month inspection for at least a week. Perhaps this will get me going!!
ReplyDeleteYAY, join in on the FUN, Asia!! It would be awesome to see you here too. So much has changed in our neighborhood.
DeleteYou got that right Nadase!! They are building 6 or 7 houses at the SAME time on my side!
DeleteI agree! Our last neighborhood was also like this. You rarely, if ever lose power!!
ReplyDeleteLook forward to seeing your Daily Top 20 Countdown, Elise!!
DeleteOkay, it's ON and POPPING!! I invite everyone who wants to join in the FUN to start their Top 20 countdown on their blog too. Too excited to be back generating some excitement!
ReplyDeleteThe POWER LINES is a GOOD one!! It keeps the neighborhood looking fabulous!!
This is a great feature, you won't have that many power outages with the line buried.
ReplyDeleteI agree. That is what I was going to say. There are a lot of power outages near us but not in our neighborhood because our lines are underground (old home, not new one).
DeleteOurs are underground in our current home and we love it as well. We did lose power for 4 days during the blizzard of 2010 so it can happen, lol, but doesn't seem to happen often in bad weather.
