We waited six months for a loan approval, we waited a month after loan approval for non standards to be approved, and we are currently waiting for the last non standard request for a front porch on our exterior which has already been a month. We are expected to break ground middle of September with a delivery date of mid-December (before XMAS, fingers crossed)! By the time it is all said and DONE, we would have been on this building journey for an entire year! We actually started last September; however, at that time we were not ready, so we began in January. RickandNadasehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17440625366611097007noreply@blogger.com
